This policy explains what information Norevia LLC ("Norevia," "we," "us") collects when you visit the InteliClaim website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain, because trust is the point.

Scope. This policy covers our public marketing website only. The InteliClaim product is provided to healthcare organizations under separate agreements, and any protected health information handled through it is governed by those contracts and applicable law, not this page. Please do not submit protected health information (PHI) through the website contact form.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form, call, or email us, we collect what you choose to send: your name, work email, organization and phone (optional), and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and network providers automatically log basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the time of your request. This is standard server and security logging.

Cookies. The site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use only what is needed for the site to function and, if you toggle it, to remember your light or dark theme preference on your device.

To respond to your inquiry and follow up about a possible engagement.
To operate, secure, and improve the website.
To meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Form delivery. Our contact form is processed by a third-party form service that delivers your submission to us by email.
Hosting and network. Our website hosting and content-delivery/security providers process requests to serve the site.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer. We ask our providers to protect information consistent with this policy.

Data retention

We keep inquiry messages for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record, then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with us, or to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit and least-privilege access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take the responsibility seriously.

Children's privacy

The website is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
